30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

Timeframe: Within 30 calendar days of delivery date.

Restocking Fee:

Standard products: 15% restocking fee.

Customized/OEM products: Not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Shipping: Buyer pays return freight (original shipping fee is non-refundable).

Defective Product Return (Warranty)

EFON products come with a Standard 24-Month Warranty (from date of purchase).

Process:

Contact Support: Submit a ticket at www.efon.com/rma with proof of purchase and a video/picture of the defect.

RMA Approval: EFON will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 business days. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused.

Shipping for Repair:

Year 1: EFON covers shipping both ways.

Year 2: Customer ships to EFON; EFON pays return shipping.

Resolution Options:

Repair: We fix the original unit.

Replacement: Ship a refurbished/ new equivalent model (if repair is not feasible).

Refund: Only offered if replacement/repair fails to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Consumable parts (filters, thermal paste, fans with >100hrs usage).

Discontinued/EOL (End of Life) products marked "Final Sale".

Software or digital downloads (once the activation code is revealed).

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your account on efon.com.

Go to Order History > Select Order > Click "Request Return".

Print the provided return label (for domestic returns).

Pack the item securely. Note: Place the RMA label on the carton, not on the product box.

Refund Timeline

Once received at our warehouse, inspection takes 3-5 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
