Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/Chinese public holidays).

Bulk/Custom Orders (OEM): Processing takes 15-30 business days (production lead time discussed at contract signing).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding sanctioned regions).

Forwarder: DHL, FedEx, or local EFON warehouse (EU/US).

Delivery Time: 5-12 business days depending on customs clearance.

Duties & Taxes:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for EU/US/Japan customers (Price includes VAT/tariffs).

DAP (Delivered at Place): Customer is responsible for import fees.

Shipping Restrictions

EFON batteries (lithium) and liquid cooling modules are classified as DG (Dangerous Goods) . Shipping via sea freight only for quantities > 20kg.

PO Box addresses are not accepted for hardware delivery.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please inspect the package immediately. If the outer packaging is severely damaged, reject the shipment or note "Damaged" on the courier’s receipt.

Claims must be filed within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation.
